Pan Pacific at Orchard Road in Singapore has collaborated with us to create their restaurant direction. We produced ITAMESHI, an innovative dining concept that marries the delicate flavors of Japan with the heartwarming essence of Italian cuisine, creating a distinctive culinary experience rarely found in Singapore. This fusion of cuisines harmonizes over a shared affection for noodles, rice, and unadulterated proteins. Imagine refined crudo and seafood, vibrant salads, playful pasta dishes, succulent meats, and traditional desserts with a twist. In addition to that, we were also tasked name, brand and produce a direction for the menu of their champagne lounge and private dining area.
