About Us

año, aside from the amalgamation of our founder's name, means "form" in Filipino.
As restaurant and bar consultants, we take this meaning seriously, aiming to create concepts that are expertly crafted with the highest level of form, hospitality, humility, and professionalism.

Director & Founder

Jespher Millano

With 12 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, Jespher has developed a holistic understanding of the field, leading him to become a dedicated Food & Beverage Consultant with a passion for crafting unique and unforgettable dining experiences. His expertise lies in transforming restaurant concepts into tangible, high-quality realities, backed by extensive research and a deep knowledge of the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industry.

Jespher holds a Master of Science in Restaurant Management and Concept Creation from Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, along with certifications from École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and Alain Ducasse Education in France. He has worked as an F&B consultant under LEVELS Studio in Kuala Lumpur, where he developed bespoke concepts for clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Greater China, further solidifying his expertise in the industry.

Before becoming a consultant, Jespher was part of the pre-opening team for a hotel and school hybrid in the Philippines, where he served as Sous Chef and Program Manager. His culinary background includes working in the kitchen brigade of a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in Paris and a 5-star luxury hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. In addition, he has worked as a sustainability consultant for restaurants, integrating environmentally responsible practices into his projects.

An alumnus of Enderun Colleges in Taguig, Philippines, Jespher earned his Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management, specializing in Culinary Arts. Outside of año, he is a member of the FoodService Consultants Society International (FCSI) Asia-Pacific Division as an associate.

With a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the F&B sector, Jespher is dedicated to helping clients bring their restaurant visions to life and creating truly memorable dining experiences.
